My love for movement started with playing every sport I could. I thrived on the challenge, the progression, and the community it built. Strength training took that to another level - learning how to move with intention, push past limits, and execute with precision completely changed how I approached training.
At 17, I felt the pressure to make the “right” career choice and chose interior design over personal training. But looking back, that detour gave me time to evolve - not just in knowledge, but in my own training, resilience, and understanding of what it takes to truly perform.
By 25, I realised the biggest shift came when I held myself to a higher standard. Strength training and performance-focused lifting became non-negotiable. I stopped playing it safe and committed to something bigger.
That drive led to STFIT - where I guide lifters and coaches to train with precision, push past plateaus, and execute at their highest level.
I don’t do generic coaching. I refine movement, optimise programming, and raise the standard in strength and performance. My clients don’t just lift - they train with intent, execute with precision, and evolve with every phase.
In my space, lifters and coaches step into their true capability, backed by structure, strategy, and the right level of challenge. Whether it’s refining technique, building strength, or stepping onto the platform, I coach with purpose - because training isn’t just about lifting more; it’s about lifting better.
